Configuration & Cable Ports
Corner desks are configured with either left or right-handed returns, as they are essentially built in two sections, a main section and a return section, as per the diagrams above. The main section of the desk is 80cm deep (front to back) and the return (or side) section is 60cm deep. The main section can either be 160cm or 180cm wide and the return / side total length of 160cm, this is made up of the 80cm depth of the main section plus 80cm for the length of the return / side section.
The complete desktop is provided as two separate pieces and are predrilled with metal screw inserts fitted in the fixing pattern of the frame to make assembly easier and quicker. This does not apply to special size desktops which are supplied without inserts.
We are also able to make custom sized tops and one-piece L-shaped desktops on a 4-week lead time, limitations do apply but if you are looking for something different, email your idea through to or drop us a line on 020 8064 0600 and we’ll help make your design come to life.

Delivery Options
UK Delivery
We ship every FRISKA desk to the UK mainland for free (exc. Highlands and subject to stock availability). We’ll despatch your FRISKA corner standing desk within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
Once despatched, delivery to most of the mainland UK takes 24 hours. Highlands will take a little longer.
EU & Eurozone Delivery
We despatch every FRISKA corner sit/stand desk within 2-3 days of receipt of order, subject to stock availability. We’ll even attach an EU-appropriate plug too (for free).
Then, select the appropriate shipping choice at checkout.
Please note: As the corner standing desk is so heavy we always ship via pallet, this does however mean that for all deliveries outside of the UK the shipping cost will be substantially greater than the standard rates advertised at checkout. Please check actual cost with us prior to ordering, or we will advise the additional delivery charge after you have placed your order and prior to shipping.
Installation
Ask for installation by FRISKA and the people arriving at your door will be far more than delivery drivers with screwdrivers. FRISKA engineers are standing desk specialists. In addition to delivering, unboxing and putting your corner desk together, they’ll also ensure every detail of your desk and cable tray is in perfect working order before they leave. They’ll remove all packaging too.
- Installation is only available on the UK mainland
- We’ll give you a date and approximate time for installation (am or pm) a few days after we receive your order. Have a specific date in mind? There’s no harm in asking, although we can’t promise anything
- Installation includes desk and cable tray (but if you ask nicely and the engineers have time, they’ll do their best to sort any other accessories too)
- Our engineers will bring your desk with them, but they’ll need a clear area in which to work and assemble it.
- We can’t guarantee to remove old equipment, but if there’s room on the van and you bribe us with tea and biscuits we’ll do our best
- Once booked, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice of any change, otherwise you may still be charged for a missed appointment

When your delivery arrives
We deliver to your door. For insurance reasons, unless your corner desk is being installed, we can't bring it inside. Due to the weight and bulk of your FRISKA corner standing desk you might want to make sure you have someone to help you take delivery.
Important:
Your order will be delivered on a pallet. We do this to minimise the risk of damage. Your pallet will include several boxes wrapped in plastic. Tear open the plastic to remove your parcels, then recycle the pallet. You may find an unwrapped desktop used as the base of your pallet. This will be a second (usually with a damaged corner or similar). Please don’t refuse delivery at first glance! Your desktop is safely wrapped up inside.

Our guarantee terms are brief and unambiguous and all of our products display a simple guarantee term on the individual product page, ranging from 1 year to 10 years. This guarantee is against faulty workmanship in the course of the product being used for the normal purpose in which it was intended to be used for.
We will either repair or replace any malfunctioning parts and will ship replacements to you to get you working again as soon as possible. If we have installed your desk, we will attend site to rectify any issues, unless the faulty item is a simple plug-and-play part such as a switch, in which case we will ship you a replacement item to be swapped over. If you opted for self assembly we will work with you remotely, shipping what parts may be necessary in order to resolve any issues quickly.
We will honour this service for the guarantee period of the product, as displayed on the product page, from date of purchase with no cost to you.
Proof of purchase will be required, this can simply be your order number and customer details and this guarantee is non-transferable from the original purchaser.

Instructions & Videos
All our stock-size desktops are predrilled to the fixing pattern of the frame and have metal screw inserts fitted to make assembly both easier and quicker. This does not apply to custom special size desktops which are supplied without inserts.
Please note: Self-assembly requires a reasonable level of DIY ability, please refer to our assembly videos before committing to this.
We provide Allen keys for all of the frame and desktop bolts, however you will need also need a hammer and an electric screwdriver with a No.2 Posidrive bit to fit the hand control switch and to clamp the control cables that plug into the control box. An instruction and operating manual is provided with your desk.
