The factory differential mounts originally equipped in the RX-8 are made from natural rubber. As the years and miles add up the rubber dries out and the mounts become soft which allows the differential to move excessively and ultimately limiting performance. These high performance mounts are designed to eliminate the issue and provide consistent launches from a standstill as well as putting power to the road coming off the corner! Made from authentic Delrin and utilizing stainless steel pins to provided years and years of trouble free performance! 

 We have taken an extra step and machined the leading edge a few thousandths smaller to assist during the initial installation process. If you don't have access to a press or are looking to simplify the installation these can be ordered pre-installed!
